Investment recommendations slide

Last updated 15 November, 2024

Available to all users with access to the Ready Review deck

Requires Xplan access to either IPS or WealthSolver

Note: If you don’t have access to either Xplan module, but someone else in your practice does (like a paraplanner), they can create the preso with their access, then hand it over to you to present or share with your client.

Any investment rebalancing or recommendations are shown here from IPS or your chosen WealthSolver scenario. The slide also includes a simple but powerful interactive element. During your meeting, if your client agrees to the recommendations, you can click the Implement Changes button which will automatically add an action to the Next steps slide at the end of the preso.

Subslides

None by default, but a subslide will be created on the fly if you add notes to the slide.

Interactivity

  1. The dropdown at the top filters the view to show the investment recommendations for whichever entity is chosen, or All.

  2. Clicking the entity or account headings in the table expands to list their respective details. Clicking them again collapses them.

  3. Clicking the Implement Changes button adds an action to the Next steps slide at the end of the preso to confirm that the action has been agreed.

  4. You can create actions and notes before, after and even during your meetings:

Data

The data for this slide comes from Xplan’s IPS or a WealthSolver scenario—whichever you chose when you made the preso.

Filtering

Only WealthSolver proposals marked as Acquire are retrieved for the chosen scenario.
