Share Visibility
You can choose whether to restrict your shared preso to only your clients (Preso contacts only) by requiring them to verify themselves with a 2FA mobile code, or to allow them to view it and share it with Anyone with the link. This is described in more detail in Sharing presos with your clients.
Client contacts

Down at the bottom-left you can see your client contacts. The checkboxes are for confirming who’s actually in a meeting for compliance purposes, which is covered in more detail in Presenting presos to your clients .
Preso activities (history)

Start preso is for starting presentation mode when you’re in a meeting with your clients. It might be in person or you might screenshare with them remotely. If it’s in person, note that this preso is “available offline”, meaning you don’t need to worry about your internet connection while you present. At LivePreso, we don’t much like PDFs, as they’re not interactive and we can’t track them for you. But we know that sometimes you just need a printed version. You can request one by clicking PDF and it will be generated and emailed to you. It’s covered in Making PDFs of your presos .

Invite lets you send a proper calendar invite to your clients.

Share lets you generate a secure, custom link for your clients, so they can view the interactive preso in any browser on any device. Sharing is covered in Sharing presos with your clients.
If your preso includes a “signing slide”, clicking the Share button will open the Signing box as well as the Sharing box, so that you can control how your clients can sign the presos you share. Signing is covered in more detail in Signing presos.
