Getting to HQ
Open the app’s main menu

The remainder of these roles should only be given to people you want to act as admins. HQ manager means they can log into HQ. The PresoManager permission allows a user to manage content on behalf of everyone in your practice, or teams if you’re using them. Presets manager allows a user to create what we call presets on behalf of your practice or teams.

The Reports area lets you run a number of built-in reports on your practice’s—and your clients'—usage. Each report page explains how it works and provides a number of filters depending on the relevant data.
Cancelling your account
You can cancel your account at any time. If you cancel during your free trial period you won’t be charged anything at all. If you cancel once you’re already a paying customer you won’t be charged for any subsequent months.
To cancel your account:
Click Cancel account at the bottom of the HQ Account page (homepage).
Read the details carefully to make sure you understand what will happen and that you want to proceed.
If you do, click Cancel account.
