Creating your own slides with templates

If you need to make your own slides for a particular preso, you can do so using the built-in templates from the slide sorter.
Open the slide sorter
From the preso’s appointment screen, click Slides.
Create a slide from a template
Click Add slide at the top-right of the slide sorter to open the side drawer.
(Optionally) Preview a template by clicking on its thumbnail in the drawer, then click Done.
Click the drag handle of the template you want to use, and drag-and-drop it where you want your new slide.
The slide will pop open ready for editing, and you’ll notice it will automatically adopt your practice’s branding colour (which your practice manager can set up in HQ).
By default, your slide will be given the name of the template you chose. Make sure to give your new slide a friendly name at the top-right of screen, as this is what appears in the slide sorter, in reporting and in the notifications you receive when your clients view a preso you’ve shared with them:

Note that some templates are pretty fixed while others have a panel like this one that lets you structure the slide the way you want:
When you’ve finished editing your slide, click Done.
Add any other slides you want and make sure to click Save in the slide sorter when you’re finished.
Adding slides you’ve created to your slide library
If you’d like to be able to use a slide you created in other presos, you can copy it to your own slide library:
Click on a slide you’ve created from a template to view it.
If the side drawer isn’t open, click the details button to open it:
Click Copy to my library.
Give your slide a short, friendly name and click Create.
Your slide will now appear in the side drawer beneath the built-in templates in a section named My Slide Library.
To use the slide again in any preso:
Click Add slide at the top-right of the slide sorter to open the side drawer.
Scroll the drawer down to the My Slide Library section.
(Optionally) Preview your slide by clicking on its thumbnail in the drawer, then click Done.
Click the drag handle of the slide you want to use, and drag-and-drop it where you want it:
The slide will pop open ready for any editing you may want to do, then click Done.
