As a practice admin, there are a number of ways you can make our off-the-shelf content your own, each described in detail below:

Click on the image once to bring up the image menu:
Click the 3-dot icon

Click Remove
Click anywhere on the image box once. This will open your computer’s file chooser.
Find the image file on your computer and click to confirm.
Position and size your image within the image box. There are a few buttons/functions to help you make it exactly how you want:
Zoom buttons to zoom your image in and out.
Click and drag to position your image.

Zoom to fit within ensures your whole image fits within the image box. Depending on the relative dimensions of your image compared to the image box, this may result in whitespace above, below or to the sides of your image.
Zoom to entirely cover ensures the whole image box is covered by your image. Depending on the relative dimensions of your image compared to the image box, this may result in your image being cropped to fit.
Rotate right and Rotate left turn your image 90° in either direction.
Continue making other edits to the slide.

We’ve provided a bunch of Xplan-integrated slides out of the box, but there’s no reason you can’t make your own non-data-driven slides. In fact, you can make as many as you like from our templates in PresoManager, with different layouts of text, images and videos. And, if you can’t find a template you like, you can always suggest a new one.
