Troubleshooting: I can't install the app on Windows

Problem

You’re trying to install our app on Windows and you see a security prompt:

Open

And/Or you are asked to enter an administrator’s login details for your computer.

If you decline either of these the app doesn’t install.

Solution

This is standard Windows process for the security level your computer is set to.

1. You will need to click Yes to allow our app to run.

2. Depending on your security settings, you may also need to enter your (or an administrator’s) login details for the computer to verify.

Once you’ve done the first (and potentially second) step, the rest of the installation will proceed as normal.
