Downloading, installing and signing up for LivePreso Advice

Downloading the app
Go to advice.livepreso.com on your Windows or Mac computer. The page will automatically show you the right installer for your computer.
Click Download and wait for the file to download.
Installing the app
Double-click the installer and wait for it to do its thing.
Note: If you are using Windows and you see a prompt like the following, you will need to click Yes to allow our app to run. Depending on your security settings, you may also need to enter your (or an administrator’s) login details for the computer to verify.Open the app from your menu or from wherever you installed it on your computer.
Signing in/Signing up
Click Sign in with Xplan to pop open the login window.
Type in your Xplan site URL and click Continue. This will show the standard login screen for your Xplan site.
Enter your username and password as usual, and your MFA code if required.
Click to Allow our app access to your Xplan client data so we can make presos for you.
If you’re signing up for the first time for your practice you’ll see details about pricing, T&Cs and our free trial. Please read carefully and click Continue.
Note: If you are part of a dealer group that has organised for you to pay via them, you will be shown the pricing details and can just click Continue to agree—your dealer group will manage payment through your normal procedure with them.
If your dealer group has organised for you to pay directly, or your an independent practice, you will be asked for your credit card details for your practice. You will not be charged unless you continue past your free trial, which you can cancel at any time during the trial period.
You’re in! The app will now sync the latest content and your basic client details from Xplan, so you can get started right away.
If you’re a practice admin you can set up your practice’s branding and personalisation or manage/invite your users.
