Editing slides in the master deck

Your business stories are organised in LivePreso into content ‘decks’ containing sections, slides and sub-slides.

Your sales story can be written, designed and built by you or your existing digital agency, by one of our preferred content partner agencies, or with expert guidance from our own internal content specialists.

Whichever option you choose, LivePreso’s ever-evolving content management system, PresoManager, has tools to make it easy to take advantage of the platform’s many rich features.

PresoManager: Editing text and images (master deck)

Edit text and images in existing slides in a visual, WYSIWYG interface, which can include a text formatting toolbar.

Permissions required: Content Admin, Content Creator


NB: Any existing content will need to be made compatible with this feature. Any new content built should include this compatibility.

PresoManager: Quick-add (image-only) slides

Quickly add and publish static slides to the master deck, accessible by all users.

Permissions required: Temporary Slide Manager

This feature is also available on a team basis, to enable team admins to create content only visible to their own team (as set up in HQ).

PresoManager: Adding new slides from templates

Quickly and easily create preso slides from templates in a visual, WYSIWYG interface.

Templates can be built to your requirements and cover the following:

  • Text & text formatting

  • Images

  • Videos

Permissions required: Content Admin, Content Creator

This feature is also available on a team basis, to enable team admins to create content only visible to their own team (as set up in HQ).

PresoManager: Adding training notes for users

Quickly and easily add training notes to your deck for users. This includes text formatting, and the ability to add external links.

Permissions required: Note Manager, Content Creator

This feature is also available on a team basis, to enable team admins to create content only visible to their own team (as set up in HQ).

Permissions required: Team Note Manager, Content Creator

NB: Currently available for slides built into the master deck. Compatibility with uploaded or PresoManager templated slides is to follow.

User-level editing

LivePreso highly values centralised control of your business story. Indeed, the platform is focused around this basic tenet. As such, most of the time your team need only to choose the approved slides they wish to present to create a tailored preso for each customer.

However, sometimes they just need to write their own words into a slide, and sometimes a truly custom, one-off slide is required. LivePreso allows for all of these scenarios whilst leaving the decision in your hands as to when and how to allow them.
