Only the administrator(s) of your Xplan site can activate apps.

If you have your own Xplan site this can be done by your system administrator or a user with the System Settings capability.

Managed Services Customers on multi-tenanted sites should contact their Xplan Account Manager.

All Xplan sites upgraded to the December 2019 major release (19.12.98) will have the System Settings page described below enabled.

In order for Xplan users to be able to connect Xplan to LivePreso Advice, our Xplan app needs to be activated for your Xplan site. This only needs to be done once for the whole site and all users on it.

Within Xplan

  1. Click on the cog icon to the left of your screen. Click on the Site menu option and then System Settings.

  2. Click on the Iress Open menu option and the screen below will appear. Each tile represents an integration.

     If there is a green tick in the top right corner, the integration has been activated. 

  3. To activate LivePreso Advice, find the tile named LivePreso Advice and click on its tile.

Note: The capabilities that LivePreso Advice users are likely to need will be listed on the right-hand side of the screen.

  1. Click Activate and Iress’s terms and conditions will appear.

  2. Click on Agree to proceed.
