  2. The first step to creating a preso is always choosing who it’s for. In the Add contacts or customers field, start by typing the name of your client. LivePreso maps the same partner relationships as Xplan, so you’ll always choose both a single client or couple, and one or more contacts to address your preso to.

  3. You can Give your preso a name (optional), but this is just for your reference in Livepreso; your clients won’t see it.

  4. In the When field you can choose to schedule the preso if you’re having a meeting with the client, or leave the default date and time if you’re just going to share a copy.

  5. If you have access to more than one content deck you’ll be able to choose which one you want to use in the Deck field.

  6. You can optionally choose a Preset. Presets are a handy way to save your favourite versions of the preso content See Creating and using presets for more detail on presets.

  7. The remaining options tell LivePreso what data to retrieve from Xplan and are specific to the content deck you’re using. For the Ready Review deck, you can Select primary data source—whether your client review or ROA data is primarily stored in IPS or one of the WealthSolver scenarios shown for your client.

Once LivePreso has finished making your preso, you’ll be taken to its appointment screen, ready to prep, present, collaborate, print, share and track your preso.
