  1. Click Add slide at the top-right of the slide sorter to open the side drawer.

  2. (Optionally) Preview a template by clicking on its thumbnail in the drawer, then click Done.

  3. Click the drag handle (blue star) of the template you want to use, and drag-and-drop it where you want your new slide.

  4. The slide will pop open ready for editing, and you’ll notice it will automatically adopt your practice’s branding colour (which your practice manager can set up in HQ).

  5. By default, your slide will be given the name of the template you chose. Make sure to give your new slide a friendly name at the top-right of screen, as this is what appears in the slide sorter, in reporting and in the notifications you receive when your clients view a preso you’ve shared with them:

  6. Go ahead and enter your content. See Editing text, images and videos for more specific instructions.

  7. Note that some templates are pretty fixed while others have a panel like this one that lets you structure the slide the way you want:

  8. When you’ve finished editing your slide, click Done.

  9. Add any other slides you want and make sure to click Save in the slide sorter when you’re finished.
