Client data comes from Client Focus
in Xplan.Adviser
Your adviser, practice and licensee data comes from the User profile
of the user who makes the preso.

Note: If a paraplanner creates the preso, depending on their Xplan permissions, it’s likely the adviser/licensee data won’t be correct as it will be fetching their own data, not the adviser’s. If this happens, once the paraplanner hands the preso over to the adviser, the adviser just needs to open the slide in prep mode and click the Refetch button. LivePreso will then fetch the adviser/licensee data on behalf of the adviser. So long as the information has been set up in Xplan, it should all come through from their profile. |

Personalisation options
Your practice admin can customise the background image for your practice in PresoManager.
Your practice admin can upload your practice logo in HQ.
Your practice admin can set your brand colour in HQ. In the screenshot example above, the light blue strip is the brand colour. It is also used as the header background colour and primary button colour throughout the content.
Your practice admin can set your practice’s default title for the preso (“Portfolio Review” by default) in PresoManager.

When you open this slide in prep mode you will have the following editing options for your preso:
You can Refetch the adviser and licensee data if required (see note above) input/edit your adviser, practice and licensee details.
You can edit the title of the document (“Portfolio Review” by default, or whatever your practice admin has set it to).
As a back-up just in case your adviser/licensee data isn’t set up properly in Xplan, you can manually edit any of the client, adviser or licensee data.

The PDF version looks exactly the same as the interactive version.
