If you clicked the Implement Changes button on the investment recommendations slide, you’ll see an action automatically entered on the Next Steps slide for you. But you can capture any other actions with your client right here and commit to timeframes for them. Your actions are stored with the slide so you can share them with your client to confirm what you agreed in your meeting. They’re also saved with the slide for posterity, and for compliance and audit purposes.

Interactivity
Clicking the Implement Changes button on the investment recommendations slide automatically adds an associated action to this slide.
Clicking Add Step adds a new action to the bottom of list.
You can add or edit an action’s description by clicking into its field and typing.
You can agree on a date for your action by clicking the calendar icon and using the pop-up calendar to select your date:

Clicking and dragging the drag handle icon lets you reorder your actions:

Personalisation options
Your practice admin can set your brand colour in HQ. In the screenshot examples above, the light blue used in the slide header and table header is the brand colour.
Your practice admin can set your practice’s default text for the slide’s heading, introductory text, right-hand side text and table headings in PresoManager.
Prep mode editability
When you open this slide in prep mode you will have the following editing options for your preso:
You can edit the title of the slide (“Next Steps” by default).
You can edit the slide’s introductory text.
You can edit the text on the right-hand side (“Questions? …” by default).
You can edit the slide’s table headings (“Priority”, “Action” and “Date” by default).
You can add any actions ahead of your meeting (or just to be shared with your client).
