Making PDFs of your presos

At LivePreso, we don’t much like PDFs, as they’re not interactive and we can’t track them for you. But we know that sometimes you just need a printed version. So we make it possible for both you and your clients.

Generating a PDF from the app

You can request a PDF from the app:

1. Go to the appointment screen of the preso you want to PDF.

2. Click the PDF button.
   
   

Your PDF will be generated and emailed to you within a few minutes.

Generating a PDF from a shared preso

Your clients can also request their own PDF when viewing a share in their browser. They should:

1. Click the arrow button at the bottom of the preso:

   Open

   

2. In the menu bar that pops up, click the print button:

   Open

   

3. In the pop-up box, confirm their details and click Send PDF.

    

Their PDF will be generated and emailed to them, and you’ll receive a notification when they download it.
