The customers screen

The customers screen lets you see any of your clients and their complete history of preso documents.

The screen will initially show your most recent or frequently used clients:

On this screen you can:

  • Search for a specific client at the top.

  • Click the floating action button to create a new preso:

  • Click the menu button to access the main menu:

 

You can also click one of the client cards to view their history:

If there is a future preso scheduled for the client it will be displayed at the top as Next.

All the client’s previous presos are the displayed under Activity.

Each preso is represented by a card:

This example shows that the most recent activity that happened to this preso was Preso presented.

This little down arrow on the right-hand side means there are also previous activities in the history of that preso. Clicking on the down arrow shows you the preso’s timeline:

In this example, working up from the bottom we can see that the preso was created, then shared with the client, the share was then opened and viewed by the client and, most recently, the adviser presented it to the client. (This sequence would suggest the adviser sent the client a copy ahead of their meeting.)

Clicking on a card will take you to that preso’s appointment screen.
