The activity screen

Your starting point in the LivePreso Advice app is the activity screen:

It shows everything that’s happened to your presos, ordered by the most recent activity. If this is your first time using LivePreso Advice, you won’t see any activity until you start creating presos.

As you create, present, share and hand over presos to colleagues, your activity feed will reflect your actions. And, it will also show you when your clients view a preso you’ve shared with them.

Each preso is represented by a card:

This example shows that the most recent activity that happened to this preso was Preso presented.

This little down arrow on the right-hand side of the card means there are also previous activities in the history of that preso. Clicking on the down arrow shows you the preso’s timeline:

In this example, working up from the bottom we can see that the preso was created, then shared with the client, the share was then opened and viewed by the client and, most recently, the adviser presented it to the client. (This sequence would suggest the adviser sent the client a copy ahead of their meeting.)
