Your clients’ current insurance policies are pulled through for a simple view of how they are—or aren’t—covered. In the screenshot example above, it’s easy to see at a glance that Cory has 3 types of cover but is missing trauma cover, while Pam is missing TPD.

The detail of Cory’s and Pam’s current policies is available at your fingertips, as are videos about the different types of insurance to help educate your clients.

 

Subslides

Clicking on any of the View detail buttons navigates to a subslide showing all the policy details for the primary client or partner.

Every line item can be expanded to show all the relevant detail as required.

A subslide will also be created on the fly if you add notes to the slide.

Interactivity

Parent slide:

  1. Clicking the colour-coded play buttons pops open the associated video for the type of insurance:

  2. Clicking close closes the video window.

  3. Clicking on any of the View detail buttons navigates to a subslide showing all the policy details for the primary client or partner.

  4. You can create actions and notes before, after and even during your meetings:

  4. The dropdown at the top filters the view to show your client’s or their partner’s detail.

Data

The data for this slide comes from the existing data in Xplan’s Risk Researcher.

Filtering

  1. The slide filters out policies in Xplan that have no cover.

  2. The slide only shows current (i.e. inforce) policies. That is, the policy_status of the policy must be marked as inforce.

Personalisation options

  1. Your practice admin can set your brand colour in HQ. In the screenshot example above, the light blue used in the header is the brand colour.

  2. Your practice admin can set your practice’s colour palette in PresoManager. In the screenshot examples above, the pink and dark blue are 2 of the 3 the colours in the chosen palette. The palette is also used throughout the deck for charts, entities and asset classes.

  3. Your practice admin can set your practice’s default text for the slide’s heading, footer/disclaimer and introductory text, as well as the subslides' introductory text in PresoManager.

 

Prep mode editability

When you open this slide in prep mode you will have the following editing options for your preso:

  1. You can edit the title of the slide (“Current Insurance” by default).

  2. You can edit the slide’s introductory text.

  3. You can edit the subslides' introductory text.
